FAQ
Questions, answered.
Is this a subscription (SaaS)?
No. You get your own installation on your own server and domain, with your own database. Your data stays yours. There is no monthly per-user fee.
Can I use my own domain and logo?
Yes. The system is white-label: name, logo, icon, colours, contact details and social links are set by you in the first-run setup wizard and can be changed any time from the admin.
Does it support Arabic?
Fully. Every screen works in Arabic (right-to-left) and English, for your team, your owners and your guests.
Which payment methods are supported?
Card payments through Paymob, InstaPay, and bank transfer with receipt upload and review.
How do booking channels work?
Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia and Agoda are connected through the iCal calendar feeds each channel provides, in both directions, with conflict alerts. iCal syncs on a schedule rather than instantly, and it is not an official partner API connection.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. A Flutter mobile app is ready to be branded with your name, icon and colours. The booking site and the owner portal are also mobile-friendly in any browser.
How long is the trial?
14 days. Ask us if you need more time.
What happens to my trial data?
If you become a customer, we move it to your own server, so you do not retype anything. If you do not, it is deleted 30 days after the trial ends by default. You can ask us to delete it earlier at any time.
Who sees my data?
Your trial runs in its own private database. The 5K-Solution team can see the company data you enter and which parts of the product you used, so we can help you and follow up. We do not record your screen and we do not sell your data. Details are in the privacy notice.
Do I need technical staff?
Not to try it. To run it, you need a server and someone who can look after it, or you can ask us to host and maintain it for you.
