Who is responsible

5K-Solution is responsible for the data described here. Contact us at info@5k-solution.com or on WhatsApp +20 1030037502.

What we collect

• Your contact details: name, company, work e-mail, WhatsApp number, business type, number of units and your optional message.
• The company data you enter in the trial: brand settings, properties, owners, bookings and similar records.
• How you use the trial, as meaningful milestones and page-group visits (for example: brand saved, property created, booking tested, import run). We do not record keystrokes or your screen.
• Where you came from: campaign parameters (UTM), the referring site and the landing page.
• Technical data: a hashed form of your IP address, your country and your browser type. We do not store your raw IP address.
• The time you gave consent.

Why we collect it

• To verify you with a 6-digit code and run your private trial.
• So our team can help you, answer questions and follow up about Vestara.
• To understand which channels bring people to the trial.

Our legal basis

Your consent, which you give with the checkbox on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

How long we keep it

• The trial lasts 14 days unless extended. Your trial database is deleted 30 days after the trial ends by default, unless you become a customer. In that case it is moved to your own installation and removed from our trial server.
• Your contact details are kept while we are in touch with you about Vestara, and erased when you ask.

Erasure and your rights

Write to info@5k-solution.com from the e-mail you used, or message us on WhatsApp. We erase your contact record and your trial database. You can also ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or to stop being contacted.

Who else touches your data

• Message delivery services that send you the verification code and the welcome message by WhatsApp or e-mail.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, if enabled, to tell people from bots.
• Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, only if enabled and only after you accept analytics cookies. We use no session-recording tools.
• We do not sell your data.

Cookies and storage

• Strictly necessary: your trial session cookie after you verify, and a record of your cookie choice stored in your browser.
• Analytics cookies are off until you accept them, and you can change your choice from the footer at any time.
